At Wiltsie Crump, we take great pride in the craftsmanship, history, and individuality of each item we offer. Our goal is to ensure your pieces arrive safely, securely, and in a timely manner—so you can begin enjoying them in your space as soon as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. 

  • For larger vintage furniture pieces or made-to-order items, processing may take longer. We will notify you if additional handling time is required.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via FedEx for most domestic parcels.

  • Larger furniture and oversized items are shipped using white glove delivery services or specialized freight carriers. We coordinate delivery with you directly to ensure the smoothest experience.

  • Delivery window is provided once your order is dispatched. We will provide delivery contact information at this time as well.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship throughout the United States. 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on item size, weight, and delivery destination.

  • Some items may qualify for free shipping, as noted on the product page.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Wiltsie Crump offers international shipping on select items. Please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order.

Combined Shipping

  • We’re happy to combine shipping for multiple items when possible. Please contact us before purchasing so we can provide an accurate quote.

Packaging & Sustainability

  • All items are carefully packaged using a combination of eco-conscious materials and protective cushioning to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.

  • Whenever possible, we reuse clean, sturdy boxes and recyclable materials as part of our commitment to sustainability.

Damages or Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, contact us with photos and a description so we can make it right.

  • Due to the nature of vintage items, minor wear and patina are to be expected and celebrated.

Returns & Exchanges

  • At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged in transit or has been grossly misrepresented.

  • Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We’re happy to provide additional information or images upon request.
